Beau's brewery is indeed a great Canadian beer. I live in Ottawa, which is about an hour away from Vankleek Hill, so it's readily available. Last summer I went on one of their brewery tours and one of my bands played at their Oktoberfest and I got too drunk and had to go home early. I'm a big Beau's fan.

I grew up in a rural community. We had a grocery store there. 100% of the hunters I knew hunted for sport, not to "supplement the food for their families."
