Oh my god those things are AMAZING. There’s a Belgian “street food” restaurant in Boston that makes them and I must hit it every time I’m nearby, regardless of whether or not I am hungry.

After watching that episode I acquired at various times both the pie bird and the tart pan! I have to admit, I don’t bake pies or tarts super often, but when I do that tart pan is magic for making something that looks beautiful and sophisticated. I won an office baking contest with it.
