If oyu download the full game digitally it will be much larger and it looks like Guerilla games skipped compression in order to load game assets faster…

They should use google's voice recognition via the cloud. I am consistently amazed on the accuracy of Google Now and it only gets better as you use it and they upgrade the processing power and algorithms. Then universal voice control could be used with almost no hit to performance
