That’s exactly it. I doubt the retention rate for Swifties that will continue to watch the NFL after this all ends will be close to zero.

Haha no, I just think most of everything she does is marketing, so I don’t terribly buy it.
1) I think I’m just pretty over the NFL. I told myself I’d stop watching last season after they nearly killed a player on field last year, but here I am, back at it. So call it a bad habit at this point.
Man, this is all going to end so badly for the NFL. I’m sure it’s great to have Swifties on your side, but hell hath no fury like a Swiftie scorned. At least their “relationship” looks to be about as orchestrated as the NFL’s efforts to help the Chiefs win at every opportunity, so when it inevitably “ends” hopefully…
“That’s per a post-mortem interview Turner gave...”
Whenever Matt Gaetz, alleged child rapist is not on the house floor, all of the other representatives should be asking, “Where’s Matt Gaetz, alleged child rapist?”
Leave the World Behind is one of the worst books I’ve ever read, but at least the concept is solid enough for Esmail to hopefully just use it as guiderails for making a better movie out of it.
I don’t remember the episode beyond that but my guess for the motivation was “Ryan Murphy wants to make you uncomfortable”, as he’s wont to do.
Yeah, but what’s late-stage AV Club without a bit of pointlessly inflated conflict in the comments, eh?
Oh, I totally agree. It should absolutely be a choice; when that choice can/should be made is a whole ‘nother can of worms that I honestly don’t have an opinion on. All I know is that episode of Nip/Tuck where the son tries to do it himself still gives me the willies (pun 1000% intended).
It’s my cotillion, I can do what I want!
Damn, dude. Take a breath, go for a walk. Then come back, read the rest of the thread, look up how the word pious has multiple meanings, and maybe take a look in the mirror and realize that this noble comment crusade of yours comes off a bit dickish, eh?
;)
Dude, it’s crazy, ever since watching the show she’s gone totally off the rails. Started half-peeling all the bananas in the house. Cut off all the hoods on my sweatshirts. Frantically tears off my socks whenever I put them on. But now...honestly? I think she’s determined to make sure that no penis is ever…
Well, not everyone can be as unbearably pious as you, so.
My partner and I watched Naked Attraction and she was appalled by the uncut dongs on the show, so if I had to choose between her and “a little more sensitivity” down there I’d choose her every time.
Amazon having cheaper prices is exactly why prices are being driven up elsewhere. Retailers who sell on Amazon need to jack up their prices because Amazon takes off huge discounts anyway, and retailers who compete with Amazon can’t afford to sell their items at lower prices because their business is being siphoned by…
Bro I recommend not using Prime, I gave it up almost six months ago and I’ve found that almost anything I’ve ordered on Amazon (using their free shipping over $35 thing) has arrived in the course of like, 2-3 days for items, sometimes even next day. Prime’s a scam.
Amazon didn’t pay $5B in taxes they should’ve owed. At least I pay my fucking taxes.
I know plenty of people who were hard to work with professionally, yet were clearly loving partners at home (and vice versa). Not making excuses; everyone should be nice. Still, I’ve seen it happen.
