It would be difficult for the Jets to look worse here, but I've said that before and been wrong so many times, so let's see how this plays out...

If only there were a group of people whose job it was to stand up for the players against owners who may not have the player’s best interests at heart. If only such groups were organized into some kind of “players’ association” or something like that. I’ve heard that writers on websites create these things called

Only two franchises are capable of such horseshit.

That Colts play is a masterpiece. It invokes such feelings of despair and helplessness. It’s like watching a hopelessly overmatched kid half-heartedly try something against an opponent, knowing in advance that they’re doomed, and it is so ill-conceived and embarrassing that you can’t even praise them for the effort. Th

I’m sad for CC because, as a fellow Plump American, he’s always been one of my people.

C’mon Joe, he’s not dead. I’m going to assume he’s still a good husband and father, if he was before last night.

Yeah, sure, but also fuck the Yankees.

Thomas signed with New England in April after being cut by Houston in February. He looked great in preseason, and while the Patriots cut him days later, they did so with the intention of re-adding him to the roster. They signed him to a one-year deal two days after cutting him [in August], but once Antonio Brown

Two weeks later, I was gone. So, it’s like, ‘Why did I waste my time?’

Hey Luis, I’ve got a great money-saving idea! You can re-use this article next year when the Chargers open their new stadium.

This is why you keep your content in house.  Stop outsourcing entertainment works to other countries unless you have a means to properly supervise the work.

Two more weeks till BlizzCon...what a complete shitshow that’s going to be...

I feel awful for all the developers, who had nothing to do with any of this and who have been working their asses off on new projects and updates to existing titles that are going to have all their work ridiculed, ignored, and sidelined

Pshaw, I saw Doug Flutie dropkick an extra point. ONLY CALL ME WHEN SUPER WEIRD SHIT HAPPENS.

When invalid analogies are levied as tractable arguments: a study.

“The specific views expressed by blitzchung were NOT a factor in the decision we made,” wrote Brack. “I want to be clear: our relationships in China had no influence on our decision...”

They’re shortening it to HKA to avoid saying ‘Hong Kong’. The talk they’re giving is corporate speak to obfuscate the purpose: don’t let folks say Hong Kong, don’t let folks give traction to a movement, don’t let the outside world take notice.

While I do agree that it was a clear DPI and wouldn’t have been opposed it being overturned, I did actually kind of get Pereira’s point. I think it is in their larger to attempt to have the decisions on the field stand as much as possible, especially in these situations, in order to prevent the coaches from gambling

Notwithstanding that, doesn’t that make it pretty obvious that then perhaps Blizzard should have reacted in a different way?

Gonna reply to myself here.

On one hand, you have the Chinese government who wants the ability to extradite residents of Hong Kong with no oversight. The same Chinese government that regularly disappears people in it’s custody, and is running literal concentration camps for ethnic minorities and political dissidents.
