First time I saw it on replay I wondered if he wrecked his right knee. Nothing about the collision looked out of place in the sense that there would be any head injuries. The way he was kicking around on the ground head and neck injuries seemed almost instantly to be ruled out.

Athanasiou was cross-checked from behind and into Lack. It sucks, really bad, and I hope that Lack is going to be okay and get back on the ice. But blaming this on Athanasiou is wrong.
