As someone who daily drove an Elise for a year, don’t get one. They will ruin every other car’s handling for you. Moved “up” to an Evora and miss that Elise so much.

Right on. My wife is Christian, but also Jewish, and we celebrate both.

What I really appreciated when looking for a new house in the Atlanta area was realtor.com has a commute time built in when you put your work address. This was great because just looking at the map means nothing. Every house you click on shows you the commute time. I don’t take it to be 100% accurate, but its a good

you’re telling me that you don’t like stale popcorn and burnt coffee? blasphemy!

This could have been so much better had the civilian used some witty zingers to make the cop look like an even bigger idiot.

My two first loves were Lotus and Julia Roberts after I watched Pretty Woman with the volume almost muted so my parents wouldn’t catch me. I’ve had two Lotuses. Julia never answered my calls.

Hope he doesn’t mind me sharing, but a guy I know has this Eleanor recreation. It has full metal bodywork, not plastic kit. The craftsmanship is incredible.

Anything that will help Lotus makes me happy; especially if it boosts their US dealer network.

yep. stupid bahar.

and I will forever be thankful to you for using onomastics.

Gee thanks Bob! We were talking about the Viper in CL ad Quade posted, not the article.

I’m gonna bet that one has an accident on the carfax...Vipers have bad fitment up front where the clam meets the headlight, but that’s one of the worst I’ve seen.

Dude, it was my dream car. Paid 36k and sold it for 36k after a year and 11,000 miles (was my daily driver). You won’t lose as much money as you would on any normal car.

Uh....I used to own a Viper GTS. It was in almost perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition and I paid 36k for it with 35,000 miles or so. Crack pipe for $20,000.

Uh....I used to own a Viper GTS. It was in almost perfect cosmetic and mechanical condition, 5 years newer as a 2002, and I paid 36k for it with 35,000 miles or so. Crack pipe for $20,000.

Dude! Same as me. MCCC at Columbus and hated it but loved the area around ATL. Moving to the suwanee/Lawrenceville area in January

It looks cool, it’s fast, but not that fun. It was my childhood dream car and a huge letdown. Plus it’s put together by drunk people I’m pretty sure. The Viper is fun when you’re pushing it hard at the track or a mountain road, but for the other 99% of the time it’s not exciting. It’s definitely not as scary as

I used to live in Columbus and parents live in TN. I’m about 2 hrs away here from any decent roads and just too lazy to make the boring drive to the mountains.

I stand corrected. Based that off chat from a Viper group meetup a while ago . Thanks!

Love it. Gorgeous in person. Drives great. ‘11 NA. Couldn’t afford an S. Already put a new exhaust on and sounds glorious. Its my current DD along with my motorcycle so already put 2k miles on it in 2 months. The ride is incredibly good...which after selling the Elise because of a road trip that killed my back, was
