Occasionally on a roadtrip I'll hear one of the few remaining 50s oldies stations still broadcasting on AM radio way out in the hinterlands. Don't know where it's coming from or who listens to it, but it sounds like a mirage at this point.

It seems like "Classic Rock" has basically been the same since I was a kid in the mid-80s. They expanded to the 80s and 90s later on but it's mostly the same run of bands from the late 60s to 70s. They were selling classic rock compilations on TV in the late 80s though—that was 30 years ago.

McCartney is going to bring down Maxwell's Silver Hammer on Sony in this case…Maxwell, Silver, & Hammer being the name of the law firm of the attorneys representing him in this suit.

I almost checked out a show by them, then I looked at a setlist from earlier in the tour—half of it was Toto and Mr. Mister songs…
