I think the working title of the film was ‘The Apex of Narcissism’.

That screenshot was two years old. Again, I wasn’t comparing Tesla vs others, just stating that there is a big network out there besides the 20-min ‘superfast’ chargers

Don’t forget the early navigational features of the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car

Sorry, that was a screenshot from two years ago. I wasn’t comparing Tesla to others, but rather pointing out that the overall EV infrastructure is much more dense than just the latest/greatest ‘superfast’ chargers, regardless of who makes them.

No one was denying it. I was simply saying that by only comparing the highest speed chargers, you leave out quite a bit of usable infrastructure for all EVs.

Superchargers vs Porsche 320kw chargers really ignores the existing infrastructure of DC Fast chargers and the like.

Why is it a bad track? Sounds like you have more issue with the design than the location.

Are those......boats? There’s not a marina or a yacht within five miles of the stadium, which way inland from the Intracoastal waterway.

Can’t they just mail out the software update so owners can upgrade the cars themselves?

The tail rotor on this model is an option.  As are the chrome jet tips.

Just so you know, the T in ‘VTOL’ now stands for Turbo.

Any urban city center. Same obstacles apply.

Here’s an Oppo review of a 2018.

Also the slowest!

Elevated tracks, in the middle of Manhattan. Yes, I do.  Would you rather work on your car in a garage, or up on stilts in your backyard?  In the rain?

This is the only take. Even if you spend $100k on a nice example, you have more than enough left over for a 1985 AC Cobra 427 and a new 2019 Mustang Shelby GT350.

I think it will be a while before trucks get these, but agreed that a towing package with motorized adjustable cameras would make sense. In addition to rear/side cameras, as well as one behind the trailer (wireless?).

Why do they have to stick out so far and be ugly? Isn’t part of the safety benefit that it won’t hit a pedestrian (folding or not)?

Reverse: Parts of the highway were used in the Vanderbilt Cup races for the first few years.
