I think the “tampering with evidence” charge comes from when they were first charged and the police went to seize their guns. They found his AR quick but she said she “misplaced” her pistol. I think she took it to their law office to keep it in an attorney safe to make it harder to seize, or something like that.

But they rarely talk about neighbors since that can change frequently and they have no control unless they move into a senior community…
Generally convicted sex offenders are bared from living close to schools, hospitals, childcare facilities and public parks. The laws to my knowledge don’t say anything about intimidate neighbors.
