I’m in the market right now and trying to decide between Pixel 5 and this. I’m coming from a Pixel 3 and have used native Android in every phone I’ve had since the OG Moto X days so I’m leaning Pixel but the features of the Samsung have me wavering. Hardware versus bloat-free UI. Hmmmm

Neither I nor anyone outside of that house know exactly what is going on but it’s pretty clear that at minimum they should be in therapy, both individual and family.

I snagged a good ergo chair from the office (with permission) after the chair I had at home had me so cramped up I could barely move after work. I would suggest, though, that a good laptop dock and two monitors would do wonders for productivity. My company supplies them and I think many others would too.

They schedule you when you get the first shot. That’s what complicates things a bit but I still think it’s better that someone get the shot instead of throwing it away. It gets the vaccine out there sooner. 

My sister-in-law got one because she works in a dental office. They had extra doses left over so they asked their employees if they knew anyone that met the eligibility requirements and could get there in short order. That’s how my in-laws got their shots. So it was both happenstance and meeting the requirements.

I thought about that too, and it definitely complicates things, but like you I landed on it better to get more people vaccinated sooner and not waste a dose. 

Happenstance is different than active planning. Your friend of a friend’s friend didn’t plan on getting the shot, they just happened to be there at the right time and if they didn’t get the shot it probably would have gone to waste. Better somebody get it rather than it being trashed. There’s no moral question there.…
