Rents must be skyrocketing in the Kennel District.

I was hoping he'd put a battery on his soldier and dare Kaplan to knock it off.

Too late to correct the Simpsons season. I meant after Season 8...

I’m a big fan of cheap puns. But I still hate Taco Bell and Mountain Dew.

Now playing

TV: The Simpsons after Season 9 (“Saddlesore,” “Prince and Pauper,” “Behind the Laughter,” “Kill the Alligator,” “Maximum Homerdrive” and so many others)

I like him in 1984, but not much else. Sucks up too much oxygen.

Night after night for weeks on end? Pretty boring, if not oppressive. I’m much more entertained by close matches between 2-3 contestants.

He’ll probably play Mapache in brownface and yell “Tetas de azucar!” at the first character who tries to rein him in.

For what it’s worth I graduated from high school with a 3.8 GPA and college with a 3.6, and I still subscribe to Mad. But that probably says more about our educational system than the snobbery of closed-minded politicos. That said, I really like Mayor Pete but not as much as Kamala Harris. I bet she stored her Mad

Well said, although I prefer artists who are at war with themselves. Or at least artists who can envision their better selves while proving unable to match that ideal.

For all the effort and obstacles described, a show of GoT’s caliber shouldn’t be making such preventable mistakes at this stage. For what it’s worth though, I hope the last episode exceeds all expectations.

Between the dim visuals of last week’s episode and the Starbucks cup, is it fair to say the show is half-assing its last season? Hope the finale doesn’t out-Lost the competition.

I’m glad that whatever I wrote inspired you to watch Shadow of a Doubt but am sorry if perceived pot holes and silly acting prevented you from fully enjoying the film. I can’t speak to the plot holes but acknowledge that Macdonald Carey and even Henry Travers are pretty corny. That said, I will defend Patricia

Hitchcock’s Shadow of a Doubt, where young and naive Teresa Wright learns not to define herself through other people, especially a namesake uncle who turns out to be a serial killer.

Movies:

Looks like this was just before he started to suffer the scorn of anti-Dentites.

I would guess Mann was fired less for his abilities and talent and more because Douglas wanted somebody who wouldn’t push back. If that’s the case I’m sure Douglas was pissed that Kubrick proved even less obedient.
