Right but every Spidey solo animated show since 2012 has been Disney produced. What if is tricky since there is probably a whole rights thing making alternate what ifs based off the solo Holland spidey movies.

My guess, based on the color of that boot, Rogue goes to either the Avengers or Cap asking for help in getting revenge on whoever authorized the attack. Steve says that he and/or Avengers can’t get involved because of the UN laws or something that keeps his hands tied (reluctantly) which makes Rogue go more....rogue.

Disney has the animation rights to everyone save for movie length stories featuring Spider-Man characters.
