The whole mattress industry is sketchy. The traditional mattress companies segment their product lines so much that it is almost impossible to compare the quality and the cost of mattresses.
People who work in food factories have to take precautions to avoid inhaling dust made of actual food, meant to be eaten (flour, powdered sugar, seasoning, etc), so “food grade” is meaningless when you’re talking about inhaling thing.
