Same here, i was thinking people must LOVE getting stuck behind these in traffic...

What about that split second of confusion when you brain is still in rage mode but your consciousness has acknowledged the apology? It’s like being punched in the face, for a second you do nothing and just look stupid.

I agree with you here, way too much money, i would much rather have seen this treatment on the entry-level G130R(i am a new rider and the current “neo-scrambler” offerings feel like a bit too much power for a novice). As it stands it just screams “500$ faux worn jeans” because the instagrams told you is was cool.

Wow, a well written, respectful, and above all interesting article that goes far enough down the technical rabbit hole without overstaying it’s welcome. This is a win. Keep it up, i’m loving this series of articles.

For that kind of money i don’t see it... I would personally rather have something a bit older, with a top to bottom restoration/customization to suit my taste.

Considering how easy it is to change the gearing on a bike i’d let this one slide...

I’m guessing the ajustments Sofuoğlu was talking about involved distributing the weight of his balls so the bike wouldn’t tip over on it’s side.

Oh yeah, i see this getting picked up by the usual “instant karma youtube compilation” in 3... 2... 1...

And a situation that could have escalated turned out to be just a foot note in your day, kudos man.

Gotta credit my father for that one, the old man sure knew how to lay down road rules back when i got my license.

Reminds me a few weeks ago i was riding on a crossing that has really poor visibility and i cut a guy off in his car. He put on the brakes and honked his horn at me. I pulled over and took my helmet off as the guy pulled in beside me, i could see the rage in his eyes so i did the only thing i could do to disarm the

Best of both worlds IMHO

Ok, i’ll also admit gas is WAY more expensive where i live and electricity is WAY cheaper. A VW GTI (i’ll assume that’s what you drive, great car btw) would run you about 15/17$ per 100km (~60 miles) while an electric car costs around 1.5/2$ for the same distance. On the bright side, the cheapest gas i can buy is 95

“Pretty sure an EV like Tesla is more expensive to “fill up” on juice than a similar, 1/3rd of the price econo-ish gas car”

As a car to drive around in, it’s a clear CP, but as an investment it makes sense. To the generation born in the early 80's these were THE business, the people who dreamed of 8 series BMW’s as kids are just a few years from being able to start looking for them. It’s value has nowhere to go but up.

Damn, i was hoping they would ship them back to Europe. I was hoping to score a deal on a U.S. spec VW, but this means no dice...

It’s a FIAT uno

The owner should just park that thing outside the local clown college and watch them swarm around it. It would sell in 10 minutes flat.

nailed it
