My only thought is to be careful about salt since both Beyond and Impossible have more sodium than real meat by default, but otherwise this is great advice.

I think that person’s job is actually to go out to the cart corral and bring all of the carts back into the store. It is not strictly to first wander all over the parking lot collecting abandoned carts and then bring them in.

Pipe cleaners. I sewed a channel into the masks I made and shove a pipe cleaner folded double in there. The wire bends easily, and the extra fluff helps seal the top. They’re easily replaceable, but so far I haven’t had problems with them breaking in the washer and dryer.

Hell, buy any mask you want, even without a nose-wire, and then buy a pack of self-adhering metal nose bars (intended for masks, even) to toss on there when needed. I got mine in a pack of fifty off of Amazon for like 8 bucks.

Bra bags for life! My masks have metal nosepieces, and they’ve all stayed in pretty good shape since I started tossing them in a bra washing bag and then chucking them into the washer. They’ve been through regular wash cycles and come out no worse for wear.

My favorite masks are the ones from Los Angeles Apparel, but even with the wire bridge, they fog up my glasses. I’m a bartender working in a place where the beer is kept in ice troughs.  Aquafor is so gross but it works. Pro-tip: just put it on the tops of your hands and rub it in. The lemongrass oil from trader Joe's is also pretty good.
