Everyone here continually misses the point on PG/Butler. If they’d traded for those guys, they were out of cap space and couldn’t have gotten Hayward who they got for nothing (besides some rich guy’s $$$.) It was a timing thing. They had to get through the draft, sign GH, then make the trade but the Bulls and Pacers…
