He’d be the first and only person I’ve seen call an automatic a standard transmission. Growing up, manuals were called “standard.” Obviously, “THE standard” has changed, 95% or something higher of all new car sales are automatics. Back in the day, an automatic was an almost luxurious options.

Are we sure she isn't going to just steal a baby?

I don’t know man. The GTS is new-car ugly; the Aston thingie is butt-fugly

+1

They don't even last on a GX

I just came to console you after you posted a comment on FP

Stolen in Olympia? Sorry but they're never seeing it again. Could be anywhere from Sequim to Bradley by now, in pieces.

Those of us that don’t buy new cars have no right to complain. So I don’t!

Here, here!

I'd dance if I could get 24...

My third and final Tercel. Died on the freeway, never started again. So many things on the to-do list, but never made it past rear shocks and tires.

That’s exactly how I read it. A 2003 Echo doesn’t have a CVT... It's just what he drives and doesn't like it. His wife's car is some whatever with a bad CVT that they owe 10 grand on. I'm a little upset that almost 300 people can't read 🤔

Something something someone else's project something something

Wow, was this written by Daimler themselves?

Pointless anecdote: I would be consistent with these findings, were I shopping for muscle/pony/thingie cars. The pre-facelift Mustang is a looker, I am coming around on the facelift... slowly. The Challenger still has the the “it” factor and is aging well despite being into its second decade of production. The Camaro

Looks like a blatant ripoff of the GLE/C/Whatever coupe, even though the X6 existed first...

Come on, guys. You're making Jezebel look conversative with their Kardashian content.

I had a friend like that. Once.

That’s one more HP than a Camry XSE! 🤔

1000 per year is pretty good all thing considered.
