I live in a state with No-fault insurance. You make claims against you own insurance if you are involved in an accident. The condition of the offending vehicle is irrelevant, even if the driver of the vehicle is drunk, you still process your insurance claim against your own vehicle’s insurance.

The truth is that people who move to the city eventually end up hating it, virtually every. single. one. Find me one person that doesn’t complain about at least one aspect of living in a major city, and you’ll have found someone with enough money to never worry about anything.

I flat out refuse to buy a vehicle with this tech. When it becomes mandatory, I will remove it.
