Nah, the Gamora from the previous movies is irrevocably dead. There's a time travel duplicate running around now, but she's from a point in the timeline when she was still evil and serving Thanos. I don't imagine they'll try to resolve that plot and reunite her and Quill outside of a Guardians movie.
