Discovery is a classic example of “all the actors involved are lovable, but all the material they’re given made them utterly unlikable”

Excuse my naiveté, but I thought we had all agreed the answer was maybe yes years ago.”

Oh no, an unknown YouTuber didn’t get the red carpet rolled out for her!

Okay.

anti-semitic, anti-BLM, anti-mask. she said Alderaan things.

So you’re sure it’s a lie...because some unrelated issue you’re shoehorning into this?

The remarkable thing about all of this is that I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if you’ve abused women and have no idea.

So in case anyone was wondering, I read the entire article specifically with an eye toward any specific allegations about Whedon. There was only one direct and one indirect. The direct one:

Since most of them will have been born during the pandemic, they’ll be the Baby Zoomers.

Alex Kurtzman is that guy in the office who makes himself seem indespensible to management by throwing around meaningless buzzwords, eh?

This is turning out as predicted. Fisher’s lack of specifics tended to lean to this being a simple boss vs employee type disagreement rather then anything nefarious despite his use of terminology. He figured what he wanted, I am the star here!, should take precedence and pretty much no one agrees with that.

Oh please, Game of Thrones was so ‘bad’ that Jezebel ran a detailed report of each new episode to discuss how ‘bad’ it was. And these guys were so terrible that everyone thought Game of Thrones sucked right from the beginning. Which is why they made like 8 seasons of it. Which everyone hated.
