Does she hang out with my co-worker that pronounces La Croix “la kwah”.

Apparently sometime this summer a pipe broke, flooding my crawlspace and exploding my furnace. I didn’t find this out until I turned on my heat 3 days before a big cold front moved in....and guess who didn’t have to deal with calling the plumber and the furnace guy and pay “the furnace guy was down there until 9 pm”

Well, considering much of this article is devoted to Uncle Mike’s and mentions its awards proclaiming it is the best. So, that would probably be a good place to start your search.

My town has an Australian meat pie restaurant (delightfully called Waltzing Kangaroo) and they are a frequent lunch time stop. Steak and gravy pie with a side of mushy peas!

That’s the thing right there. I don’t care about the nude photos. I do get frustrated with the discussion of MAGAs about our “beautiful, classy First Lady”. Even if you ignore that nude photos, this year on the Fourth of July Melania went braless in a white dress in the rain. That’s “classy”, but Michelle daring to

That was my thought. I know how many calories are in a latte; its why I make them a once a week or less treat (usually it’s my “congratulations on making it to Friday” reward). But, there is a difference between knowing it’s 750 calories and seeing how much sugar that actually is.

Umm yes.... While you can eat any breed of sheep and you can get wool from pretty much any sheep, if you are doing itb on a commercial basis you are usually going to raise the breeds specific for that purpose. Now, there is some overlap, like a Suffolk. But their wool is only of medium quality, so it’s not usually

If it aids in the debate, meat sheep and wool sheep are very different breeds, just as you use different breeds of cattle for beef than you do for dairy.

I was once working near the Navajo Nation. One day we went to a Navajo restaurant for lunch. Much of the food was delicious! The mutton was decidedly not. They cooked it over a spit to help the fat render out and it was still not good.

I had a delicious brut IPA at Bike Dog Brewing in Sacramento. I was hoping with the popularities of IPAs in general that they would gain traction. But, I’ve only seen one other one since then and it was only okay.

Water bottles! I’m not sure about other places, but here in Colorado you use your Nalgene to show off just how cool you are.

Yeah, like I really can’t complain that I find a like new Pro series at a pawn shop for $150...but I want cute bowls!

Sky High is so underrated!

I did find that interesting when I really stopped to look at the casting. People are complaining about all the women in it. But, with 3 genderbent characters, the cast is 50:50. I’m not sure exactly who they are going with, but they definitely need a Nobby and a Colon and possibly Detritus and several other lesser

I’m worried about the rather wonky character descriptions more than the casting.

Yes! I love the whole Thanksgiving spread....but really my year is just spent waiting for that first leftovers sandwich.

I live in Fort Collins, so whenever I see NB called overrated I always go “wait, what....”. Then I remember you guys don’t get their “only sold in the tap room” options. If most of what I could get was only Fat Tire and Citradelic, I would feel the same way.

I think it had kind of become the “tourist brewery” anyway. At least within my circle. Like, if I had visitors I was definitely going to take them there for a tour. But, if my friends and I were picking somewhere to go have a couple Saturday afternoon beers, it wasn’t going to be our first choice (or crack the top 5).

Honestly, that’s what I was trying to figure out too. If they went completely cashless I could see it being discriminatory. But, if people paying cash still have access to McDonalds by standing in a different line (that also includes people paying with cards that just don’t want to use the kiosk), then how is it
