This. I actually teared up a couple of times watching it a second time. When i first watched it, the deaths were a bit of a surprise and I felt the pacing/chracter development felt a bit fast, but the second time through every second spent with each charavter felt more meaningful knowing they would sacrifice

Yup, not planning on over clocking for quite some time and paired with 16gb of 2400mhz ram, should be set. My first system had a fx 6300 6 core and between the heat, noise, and bottlenecking, I’m very happily paying the intel tax.

Nvidia a in a tough situation because if they do support freesync now, they’re essentially telling everyone who invested in a g-sync monitor that they wasted an extra $200.

What are your thoughts on the Nintendo switch? They seem to really be pushing the return of gaming being a local event, instead of everyone else pushing online everything. Do you think this will work and people will buy into it?

Whole-heartedly agreed, but have you played since the new updates/survival dlc? If so, is it worth re downloading?

I will probably miss how quiet my 970 is, but being able to play games at a better frame rate and higher resolution will be worth the trouble (I also use headphones so that helps). Just bought a new 650w psu which should be fine for my 4970k and 390x.

Can we take a moment to talk about how fucked up our speed limit laws are?

Yeah, I currently have a 970 and wasn’t planning on getting a new card until the 1170 comes out but at $206 (my 970 is selling for about $185 on ebay so it’s a $20 upgrade) with more VRAM, better ingame performance, and freesync support, I figured I would be way more content with the card for the next year or so. Only

Nope, planning on getting the microboard 34inch panel. 3440x1440, Samsung VA curved, 100hz, freesync.. $699 on ebay. Just snagged a new 390x on sale for $200 at frys today too so I’ll be able to take full advantage of the screen :)

About ready to submit my gaming/editing workstation involving a 34inch ultrawide and a newly remodeled Mac Pro computer case :)

Mmm really no Battlefront?

Most ultrawide monitors have software that divides the screen in three, four, or more sections

I would love to see a cat show because it would be a competition of whose cat has the most graceful slide as they sit there motionless wondering why their human put a peice of cloth around their neck.

Thought this was going to be about a console player switching to PC while still using a gamepad and dominating. Obviously was wrong. Hes a great player so no matter the input, hes going to get good at whatever platform he plays.

So PC text chat :)

Yeah but this is mechanical and has an actual joystick. I love my orbweaver to death but god I wish it had a real joystick in it

Because battlelog is a piece of shit and you should be able to do everything in-game (customization is coming, patience young one).

Really enjoyed where crystal dynamics was taking the series. Hopefully they don’t stray too off.

From the feedback, I think this is going to be a battlefield with a much stronger multiplayer community than battlefront and hardline. Both of those weren’t complete games, while people (myself included) feel like this multiplayer is much closer to BC2 and has a real sense of war to each match.

^^ Bought it when it first came out for Xbox and played through it twice but haven’t picked it up since last weekend. Bought the 20th anniversary version on PC and I’m remembering how great of a game it is.
