Good Christ, the last episode where Michael and Spock are pouring their hearts out while a MASSIVE space battle is going on around them...what the fuck. It went on for so long it was almost comical. 

It was pretty much the turning point for me where I said, oh no, what’s going on, I thought this show was getting better, then....nope

Have you ever heard of actors bulking up, and all the tricks they use to make short actors look tall? And this is the movies, not the comics, I’m not sure why there must be a 1:1 translation from a drawing to a real person. It doesn’t happen.

This movie looks so. Bad. The cgi monstrosity Will Smith is just bad. The story looks beyond generic. The dialogue. The thickly laden badass cliches. Ugh. 

When they walked into that base and I saw the super soldier tanks I was like, great there’s going to be a lame fight w these generic soldiers. Then they flipped the script and it was awesome. 

What. The fuck. Is that. 

His fight w Thanos was one of the top sequences in the entire MCU for me. When he busted out that Shiva pose my friend and I started dying laughing from the sheer awesomeness.

The movie was fucking awesome and I’ll hear nothing else about it. And yes I’ve read the book multiple times. They complement each other, like the best pairs of films and books do.

At least Herbert Alizando is open to using intelligent people on his staff. At least averagely intelligent people...

They have the tech to make characters that are ageless immortal beings look the way they did 20 years ago, not sure why that isn’t an acceptable option or why you’re so hostile. 

Was just going to suggest. They are always tightening up and adding to the outfits w cgi nowadays. Ex: the time travel suits in EG weren’t even real. They added them in post. I had NO idea.

Full agreement. The first third or so of S2 really got me pumped but as soon as they put all the focus on the dreary, tired AI plot at the expense of any character work it lost me.
