Yep. It’s an inversion of an old joke: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=12%20inch%20pianist
That really puts the flex back in flexplate.
And if you burn down your car, you get rid of ALL the rusty bolts.
Also: ATF+Acetone. Do remember to clean it off before escalating to oxy-acetylene, though...
They are similar, but you can hardly call it solid. Let’s call it a flimsy rear axle, then!
Solid axle? Surely not... Do you mean a torsion beam?
With no gearbox and a live rear axle.
The original four door sports car, you said?
Wait... If this can happen, then what’s to stop them from sending me the ticket meant for the car overtaking me? I mean, on these pictures it is relatively easy to see that the car is parked, but how do you see which car on the highway is going above the limit and which one isn’t?
Oooooh - thanks for reminding me about these; I used to salivate over their 289 Daytona. If I remember correctly, they’re manufactured in an old MiG-factory in Poland!
Yup. The clock in my Alfa 156 is basically unusable when moving. It’s small, and the hands are of about the same length and hard to distinguish at a glance. And forget about having the passenger read you the time: All instruments are deeply recessed and angled towards the driver.
Looks nice, though! And when you’re…
I don’t buy the part about the stroke at all, even though it’s a common explanation.
The driving position doesn’t look too bad to me - I prefer the steering wheel to be high and far back. I also kind of like the engine cover.
Kudos for still changing the filter when you’re that short of money!
I laughed so hard I did a 1/2 fart back, followed by a full fart.
“Fart” means “speed”. Hence the “Fartkontrol” signs that English speaking foreigners tend to find very funny when they visit Denmark.
Hah! I’m not sure if the last part is true. Scandinavian countries like to make fun of each other, so whatever we say about other Scandinavians should be taken with a grain of salt.
No possibility of going outside of rush hour, I guess? That’s one of the reasons I like flexitime!
