Yeah, to be honest, the more I drive within the city (I work in a university town in Sweden, so lots and lots of bicycles), the more I'm in favour of lifetime imprisonment for anyone riding a bike without lights on in the dark.

There there! Hush now, it'll all be over soon...
It sucks, but recording artists are going to have to get used to the fact that the world has changed, and their chosen profession just doesn't pay as well as it used to. The golden age of being a rock star is over. This isn't the first time it's happened to a particular profession and it won't be the last.
Meh. Superman does it the old fashioned way.
Rest In Peace In Peace Kirby?
In person, it can't look that good. There will be no perspective. As you move around the room, the image will not shift. While we are used to that on a TV, we are not when it comes to windows.
Damn son.... 56K was a luxury. I was excited when our new 486 came with smoking hot 9600 ISA internal (omg no external cradle!) I think most of the early web was a 14.4 speed limit though. I do remember the year 28.8's came out they were like black magic, could actually game on them. :o

Less likely to breed if you had visually unappealing teeth?
"a pox on all you're houses" "im just been sopranoed"
Sometimes we have opinions about technology in addition to reporting on new gadgets, yes!
I still think Motorola's Iridium takes the prize. They launched a global network of satellites and only managed 10,000 users.
I'm gonna disagree on the N64 for three reasons - Super Mario World, Ocarina of Time, and Goldeneye. Three of the best games of all time, and the only way to play them was on the N64. Whatever "mess ups" Nintendo committed in its hardware design, it more than made up for with software. The PS1 might've ended up…
yeah, wow- spam can be made in so many ways!
A little backstory: in June, a Supreme Court ruling slammed the door in Aereo's face, determining that the little startup was basically a cable company, rather than just an innocent little provider of antennae.
Today on Kotaku; a commenter overreacts to an insane level in an astonishing display of hyperbole.

The man himself asked Noah Wyle to portray him at Macworld so I think it's pretty who he would have chosen to be him in his biopic.
