can confirm. recently suggested a new highlander to replace my gf’s ‘04 4runner and she audibly scoffed and threatened to hit me with that ‘enlarged minivan’. I at least gathered the courage to say we should hold off a little longer until the next gen 4runner.

This is honestly infuriating. As an engineer whose work puts lives at risk, you are absolutely in your rights to say “no this system isn’t ready!” Does the faa have a whistleblower program? Anybody with some sense of responsibility should have reported this.
