promoted post were not working in second scroll on mobile safari, it is unknown how long this has been the case.
the 970x251 was incorrectly serving out of the scrollArticle placement. The purpose of the 970x251 to give ad ops the ability to serve units above the fold for their advertisers, and the scrollArticle position is below the fold and therefore should not support the 970x251 size.
didn’t move forward with product, so removed code
Updated the Mobile waypoints for lazy loading to call ads at 200% the viewports height. This will affect all lazy loaded mobile display ads.
Second Scroll Native units will no longer show “Promoted” labeling when promoting an editorial post from GMG sites (non-satire).

Increased ad frequency from 3 display units (not counting the superhero) to 6 total display units. Ads should appear after every 4 editorial posts (count does not include sponsored posts or the video player). Anticipating a 30% lift in impressions per pageview.

added position indexing to dynamic ad slots: Left_dynamic, mobile_inpost, mid_banner, and promotion_native_frontpage
removed 970x415 from calling on tablet because it never rendered properly.
disabled single request mode and removed any reference to manually updating the correlator param on ad requests. ads will no longer be grouped into a single SRA request on page load but rather requested individually.
