Thats not exactly how it works or shouldn’t work....you have to be served a warrant either through a court or through lawyer/cop. Now if you “pretend” to not know or ignore the warrant reach out then thats where you get jammed up. But if you get pulled over and cop goes “i have a warrant here” and there is no evidence…

Baseball Simulator .1000 was the best at this....RBI Baseball game play but you could arm your guys with different tools like “exploding hits” which would arm your fly ball and explode on the field wounding the outfielder trying to catch it.
