Amazing thing, is that this is most likely programmed using Fortran, a language that is almost (if not over) 50 years old.
Gran Turismo 5 has a great photo mode, full with DSLR-eqsue features. Aside from the smoke effects, the photo quality of the game is pretty great.

I wholeheartedly agree with you, iOS has such a large ecosystem and earning platform, and since you only have to develop for 1 screen size (2 if you wish to support older platforms), it keeps the work light for the devs. Hopefully people notice this game on iOS and push for a port on Android!

I must second this. With the amount of high-school level books you can get (high school level being absolute beginner) this is a great language to start with. Also, if the budding programmer wants to make android apps, just basic java knowledge can get you there.
Buying this will put you ahead of the curve.
