I'm glad I didn't back it... I loved the old Rainbow Six games and hated the Vegas ones. Not out of any fanboy love, it just didn't feel tactical. It felt like Call of Duty with a few commands.
stealth and what looks like some kind of crimson head-esque mechanic ala the RE remake. Can't say i really care for either of those features (at least in horror games, I'm a big fan of stealth otherwise).

I actually like the "heavy" feeling of killzone, it helps set it apart from other franchises and gives a unique feeling to the gameplay.

+1, great series, and too bad it's generally considered a 'meh' shooter as Sony's poor Halo equivalent. In my opinion a worthy series to play.

What amazed me about this game is how utterly bad the story was, including all its dialogue, and then you have the incidental in-mission dialogue between NPCs, which is often side-splittingly hilarious. Why didn't they let whoever wrote THAT stuff writ the actual game story and dialogue? Then it might not have been so…
