For all those looking for a Mac Notepad++... Get TextMate. It's not free, but I personally think it's better than Notepad++

@Hackintosh: Can't find him because it's a zoom in of a section of the image. Look at the top right of the image and you'll see the full image with a box around it... which means the person w/ the screen shot is looking in the wrong place.
