Good riddance to New Jersey Rep. Tom MacArthur, the author of the amendment that would have effectively destroyed Obamacare’s ban on preexisting conditions. MacArthur became the latest Republican to lose his House seat today, losing to Democrat Andy Kim. Sucks to suck.
