Not a test of artificial intelligence, more one human stupidity.

Relax in the safety of your illusions, carbon unit!
I liked “Gosh” and Wanderers better.
I can say that it’s following the book pretty closely. The major changes are they advanced adding more to the character’s backstory which is only revealed in later books in the series so they are hurrying that part along. They introduced UN & MCR politics earlier too. But otherwise I think it’s pretty close.
“LOL, you think we’ll care about the names pre-existing civilizations gave things?”
Well, within our Solar System, I’d rather defer to what the IAU says.
Haven’t read those. I was just naming stuff I actually read or seen. Name your favorites, be my guest.

I’ll never live to see this but I hope the galaxy has enough unnamed planets that we’ll able to name some of them after the famous planets of science fiction.
This will lead to pilpul and hairsplitting to make philosophy professors weep in frustration but, here’s one stab at it—by no means definitive. For something to be called “hard SF,” the story should meet these two criteria:
I’ve been accused of being a Roman by random folks on this site. I really hope I’m not like that in real life.
I own those still. To this very day.
I like what I like, you like what you like. I don’t wanna go through the tedious exercise of defending what I like and you most definitely shouldn’t have to go through defending what you like. Some like dub step, some like country&western. Nobody should feel bad for liking what they like, at least as long as they…
We got plenty room to dance just fine in the concrete too, kid!
I’m not a natural splendor guy. I feel no draw to the woods or rural places.
I love it in deep in dense big cities and would personally choose nothing else but, to the ‘burb dweller’s defense, maybe what they actually hate is not suburbia but all the huge amounts of time consumed in commuting to places.
As an engineer you think you’re safe. I wouldn’t count on that. Notice that I’m not saying all jobs will go away. All I’m saying is many jobs will go away and they won’t be replaced by something else. Then again, if you simply don’t buy the argument in CGP Grey’s video, I certainly have nothing left to convince you.
Hanson’s idea certainly seems like that. I agree.
