Not defending anything, but I read somewhere the accompanying ‘tender yacht with helipad’ is because the main yacht will be a giant sailing yacht. No room for helipad with sails. And lack of a helipad at sea (for extra safety/security reasons) is a non-starter for someone with that much money.
