Does anybody know how many transgendered people are in the prison system? Is the number large enough to justify building or converting a prison for just them, man to woman and woman to man? It seems like that would be the safest choice for the prisoners and less work for system.

The first three episodes are kind of dull. I only stayed with because some friends kept telling me to, and Netflix makes it so easy. It really picks up. Give it another shot, the show is worth it.
