Point the blame where you want, there is plenty to go around:

“Women disproportionately make contributions that projects need more urgently.”

lol

Borrowed a hundreds of millions in US backed loans. Didn’t pay them back. Raided by the FBI. Investigated by Treasury for multiple attempts at creating shell companies for the purpose of protecting private investors while shafting the DOE. Sorry, you’re wrong.

Or worse, Solyndra part 2. Both sides are ripping us off. Do you think this will go to small innovative businesses. Or to those that will be impacted the most by a flat per barrel gas tax. No, it will so to some bullshit “research” companies and “shovel ready” projects awarded to those with the best paid lobbyists.

A gas tax would only make the problem worse for providers by driving cost up (lower demand) while not raising the cut to the provider.

It is human nature to act in self interest. We hire others that we believe will do the best job in representing those interests (CEOs, lawyers, presidents, etc.).

It didn’t and it won’t ever help. People only really follow laws they believe in. Pot laws anybody? Prohibition? If you believe you have a moral right to do something, you typically do it. Sadly, all restrictive gun regulation will accomplish is drive the market underground limiting access for law abiding citizens

I love stormy weather. Can’t wait!

The problem I had with this review is that he never gives any specifics with the “app gap” claim for example. And why did he find the wired continuum solution more practical?

Speaking as someone who came to this country and already existed in this country before it was a country

If you want something done right, get off your lazy ass and do it yourself.
