Why do they care whether the app contacted a toplevel domain or a URL? They are both part of the same thing. A TLD is .com or .org or .ca. Useless without the rest of the domain name.
Massive security risk here, using robots.txt is basically security by obscurity and doesn’t force search engines from indexing content on your site and some more malicious search/content scraping engines will purposely dig up things disallowed in robots.txt. Its probably just a simple servo motor, you can get them in really compact packages with a significant amount of strength. For example I have a few servos that will lift 35Kgs that themselves weigh maybe 400 grams? They are much bigger then what the little robot seems to be using but its not moving that weight around…

Why not just put your phone in a faraday cage(probably the one you already have with you on the plane for your precious passport) and turn off wifi once the boot loop stops?
Issue I could see occurring is contamination of the blood sample from things on the skin surface not being cleaned off properly. Needles reduce, if not completely eliminate foreign contaminants being introduced into samples.
