Re-read my original post; I’m not saying in this specific instance that PA is better, just that I don’t think I’ve EVER found LiA funny, even when I DO understand the punchline/have proper context. At least PA gives me the occasional chuckle.

Wow, man. Just...wow.
I don’t care about a punchline enough to do research.
To be fair, Life in Aggro is consistently worse. And that’s even IF you know what they’re going on about.
Please, go with X-Wing. I think it’s much better.
It’s still good. Like a fine wine.
I do have to take exception to the whole “Kefka is an interesting villain” argument.
If I had to make a “top 5 RPGs ever NOT containing the name ‘Final Fantasy*’” list, they would be, in no particular order:
I would kill for a Skies of Arcadia HD remake.
But seriously, how good is Chrono Trigger. I can’t think of a more perfect RPG (although Super Mario RPG came close.)
All completely fair and relevant points, and I agree with every one of them.
Ah, yes, but how much of the plot does he actually drive?
[Insert GIF of Dwight Schrute saying FALSE here]
I always considered Ashe as the main character, along with Basch and Balthier.
Sephiroth basically made himself into a god as well, but I won’t argue that Kefka is easily a much more visible presence, and his colorful design makes him more memorable, but he’s also much more the Saturday morning cartoon villain, all evil for the sake of being evil.
Wow, it’s almost as though it’s entirely subjective!

I can’t help but agree. I love every Final Fantasy, but few have resonated with me more than XII.
It’s always the people who have nothing to say that say it the loudest.
Wait, you’re putting freaking IX over VII?? I, you...what??
