Is there any particular reason you have to be a jerk about it?
F.lux actually adjusts the warmth of your screen, rather than the brightness. Colors shift toward the warmer (redder, if you will, though that's not quite accurate) end of the spectrum so that it clashes less with the lighting in your room throughout the course of the day.
Yeah, my work has this site blocked. Bummer, dude.
Dammit, Adam. I was actually sitting doing this at my desk. How did you KNOW?
@Ravel: This is what terrifies me when I play. I have a horrible sense of direction. One day, I'm worried I'll wander away from my base and just... never find it again.
The fact that Quest for Glory got a nod here is the coolest. I remember wanting to import my saves from that game SO BADLY.
And you just reminded me of Martian Memorandum.
I told myself, "I'm not going to bother trying Minecraft. I probably won't even want to after I watch a video about it."
I'm skeptical. What's the OP's source? The Tumblr system of propagation always has me wondering.
Wait, so there's going to be a lite version that allows for in-app purchases of other feeds?
Personally, I like it! I'm pretty addicted to my phone (aren't we all) but I agree that it's probably too much and more habit than necessity. It's an interesting message.
I'm a gamer girl who's a pretty big fan of a lot of California Gurls parodies... this was not one of them. In fact, this was really damn painful.
I don't exactly get why this costs more than the S8100. Is it solely because of the megapixels? The S8100 seems to have more going for it...
@Tanneseph: I was going to comment to mention this. I tend to play females in my RPGs just because... I don't know, because I am one, but every time I think about playing a male Shepard, I think of the voice acting I've heard in clips... and decide against it.
I'm one of those "I'm a girl, so I'll play a girl!" girls. But this definitely sealed the deal for me.
My favorite for iPad is Echofon, which I think is one of those apps that runs cross platform. Tweetie wins out on my phone, but Echofon's really clean and has a lot of functionality on iPad.
