Volt all day long.
Volt all day long.
I’m in Maine with awd and winter tires. No issues at all.
I think the difference is that the exhaust manifold is still on the outside.
I agree. I bet the engineers cringed at that. I’m sure it has innovative touches that they’re proud of, but the overall layout isn’t it.
The German wiki says 2.5 bar absolute. That’s the same as 1.5 bar guage. It includes the 1 bar of pressure which surrounds us at all times.
“The USS Colorado is able to launch Tomahawk missiles at submarines and ships.”
I can top that story. I once was adhering to the “Replace Engine” light on my Rx7. After I finished up putting in the new motor, I realized I accidentally put in the wrong one! I was too lazy to fix my mistake, so I left it there.
Hwhut*
Powerstroke, Duramax, Scania, Detroit 8V92, Mack EA9 ring any bells?
BTW...we got darned close at Clinch River. 90% of large components built and delivered when we walked away. I bemoan the money wasted and what could have been in so many areas... but not our capabilities.
What is Russia operating successfully today that we haven’t already done successfully? What technology do they posses that we don’t? Just because we didn’t scale up and subsidize uneconomic reactors doesn’t mean we lack the technology or know-how... Especially when it comes to applications like that needed for nuclear…
You’re in the business? Great... Stop by my session at ICAPP this year. We’re happy to still sell a turn key AP1000...btw our first projects in China were done in 100 months... Incidentally, about the same time it took for the first VVER-1000?
Ummmm... No they’re not. The U.S. has more design experience than anyone and by a long shot. I never cease to be amazed at our capabilities, both former and current.
Getting it directly from a V-22 pilot (and not some guy on a forum... He was my best man). It was his only real criticism and fear. He now flies CRJs, but he still speaks angrily about it.
Thanks. Very interesting. Have any of the really fast prototypes run there? I’d imagine a 919 would be quick.
What beat it? Indy? WEC?
Yes, and the F-35 would absolutely decimate any fighter out there, save maybe the F-22. It would do so at $92M/copy and falling, which is cheaper than anything in Europe and only a slight penalty vs. block III Superhornet and F-16V. But yeah, let’s repeat the same tired nonsense over and over.
It would be nice if the 3.6/9 speed from the GS was available. Very nice motor and runs better on 87 than the 2.0T. It may even steal some v90 sales from those who dislike turbo 4s.
I’m all about the Miata, so I suspect I’d enjoy the Fiata too.
CF, done properly, is tough beyond words. I don’t imagine any issues here.
