I would actually argue that the especially sad sight is the lines of rental cars attempting to circle the blocks around Times Square. This guy actually managed to find a spot...

These were decent cars. They were almost identical to their production mate, the Toyota Corolla. They drove lightly, got good gas mileage and were pretty simple.

Hey, I heard that BMW e21s are starting to get crazy in price now too.

I lived through the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the Bay Area, and one of the most positive outcomes of that disaster was the decision to demolish the Embarcadero Freeway. That instantly opened up San Francisco’s waterfront and it has rebounded incredibly. That first highway removal was the domino that helped prove

There’s really no “right” answer. There’s definitely solutions that have pros and cons to a bunch of different people, and they are all going to be vocal about the cons, and not work together on shared pros.

Well, you know what they say, right?

Some airports don’t have a fully separate Pre-Check line, so if your bag is going through the same scanner as everyone else, you gotta remove your electronics. (This is the case in a lot of smaller airports). Sometimes you won’t know for sure until you get right to the scanner. Its caught me off guard in a few places.

Think of balancing a hammer on your finger. As long as you keep your finger right under the hammer, it will stand straight against gravity. If it gets off to on side, you have to quickly adjust to get back under it again otherwise it goes quickly off to the side. Depending on the speed and amount you correct, the

As someone who is very allergic to bees (well, yellow jackets, I haven’t specifically tested out getting stung by honeybees), I would love to have my own hives, but probably shouldn’t.

Its not about the value of the car.

Guess what.

Agreed entirely. I’ve got a 1981 BMW e21 that technically should have been chucked in a scrap yard years ago, better examples show up in junkyards all the time. But I’ve kept it running and it puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it.

Man. Those LLVs have been around (and around) so long, I’m starting to get nostalgic about them...

Bought a 4WD Mercedes Sprinter last November. First big dumping we had I took it out for a jaunt in the snow.

Ok, he’s just building a Youtube following so he can start a Patreon page to fund his real project:

Yeah, but because its Iceland, it still costs 150% more than almost anywhere else in the world...

Agreed. I ended up doing all my own mechanical repairs that didn’t require machining, refinishing or exacting tolerances.
