I always felt that the biggest problem with the sequel trilogy was that each movie felt like it was restarting the story from the beginning instead of building on what came before it so it never winds up going anywhere.

I don’t care that this movie is directed by a Woman (I was actually looking forward to Patty Jenkins’ “Rogue Squadron”-Film until it was cancelled) and I definately have nothing against a SW-Film which features a Female Main Character (“Rogue One” is my favourite SW-Film made since Disney took over, and my

This review barely has any focus on the differences between game versions, which is kind of a waste since we can just read the general reviews from four years ago.

Yeah I only just watched it recently when they made season 1 free. I went in expecting it to be terrible and it was actually pretty great aside from the side plot for whatever her name is as that really just didn’t do a lot for me.

I agree. That episode was phenomenal. Let it remain the only version of Bill and Frank’s story outside of the video games. We don’t need an 8 hour, 10 episode version to drag the whole thing out and ruin it.

What? Too much cheese? That’s commie talk!

Put it in "H"!

It can go 300 hectares without even needing a tank of kerosene

just give us TLoU Part 3 already dammit

Good. One less live service money pit to watch die a slow death. I’m glad that they could acknowledge that this was going to hurt their bread and butter single player games and made the right call.

Is... is there any appeal to this at all? I mean, I guess if you think the voice is real, maybe, but knowing it’s AI, is anyone going to one chain over another because it sounds like a d-list celebrity (or even an A-lister) is taking your order?

Who asked for this?

It’s good, I’m liking it. My one thing is that the show is filled with an air of mystery, but I’m not sure what the mystery is supposed to be. We’ve already seen all the other movies, giant monsters aren’t a mystery to be revealed, so is it something else?

God, I hope and pray that the multi-verse trend would just die already. It can be done in smart ways here and there, like in Everything Everywhere All At Once, but otherwise it’s a trope that has been beaten to hell and shoehorned into so many franchises that don’t need it and/or it doesn’t make sense for in the

Fuck, really?

You can say shit here, just sayin.

44, but she has Paul Rudd’s anti aging genes.

Just make her CGI, like Hulk.

there is, but the way that story is told in part 2 (via flashbacks that help pace ellie’s rampage and withhold info until it’s most emotionally impactful) would make telling it BEFORE you get to part 2 a little difficult imo
