Great article, I do the same thing to “tame” my phone at work. I don’t answer it with “hello” or anything, that wastes valuable time. If they speak less than three sentences, I tell them to hang up and email me. Oh and I never say goodbye, just hang up abruptly at the end of the conversation. I also only answer it 2-3

I agree with the subject line (how else will your email get noticed ?). Being specific also helps when searching for it later (when I forget to flag it for following up ).
