You rock :)

I'm zero photogenic, and I just got a smartphone (I'm a luddite), I have been sending photos to my sibs wearing giant polka-dot glasses, wild hair, and a wicked grin. Much better than a boring "look at how pretty I am" shot anyway! I leave that to the dull women.

"Bonkerzona?" :O Not important. I hope a house falls on her.

I agree with you - actually when I stick to my usual low carb diet (which is high fat/high protein, cooked veggies), I feel hunger more regularly, and so at least can recognize when I've eaten enough to be "not hungry" - which helps with portion control. One thing is just to get in more activity - so I joined a couple clubs that spend time outside,

I agree with you entirely about the need to understand dietary issues. I have wide-ranging environmental and food allergies, including virtually all raw foods (oral allergy syndrome), find carbohydrates to be a trigger to overeating, and have difficulty experiencing both hunger & satiety. Unbelievable, I clicked on to this article WHILE in the middle of episode 4, season 1 of BG. I can't explain it, this show is somehow comforting in the middle of the frozen arctic tundra once known as new England.
