I am not getting back into the books/franchise generally until all the novels are out. (No, I’m not counting Fire & Blood II, George.) Once Winds of Winter is out, then the wait is on for the series’ actual conclusion.

Honestly, I have no desire for any more Game of Thrones content until the day A Dream of Spring arrives in stores. At which point, I’ll probably be waist-deep in dementia and able to make a fresh start on the whole thing.

I’m not a bad guy! Okay, I’m a little insensitive sometimes, but it’s not like I’m Bill Cosby!

It’s a counterpart to the Hemsworth Dictum for films.

A #MeToo-inspired TV series 15 years ago would have been remarkable for a number of reasons.

I was prepared for CBS to completely shit the bed and make this cheesy.

I was not prepared for people to give it good reviews. I guess I gotta hunt this down.

I’m curious/cautious about Together Again one for that reason. The others all look like they could fit in the post-finale continuity just fine (in fact, the Marceline/Bubblegum one will be far better if it is).

Does Together Again brings Finn and Jake together again, to rediscover their brotherly bond and embark on

If you want to be a real baller, I recommend setting about:protections as your browser homepage within Firefox’s settings (in the Home section). That way, whenever you click the home icon—or tap ALT+Home on your keyboard—you’ll be able to jump right to your privacy report. I figure that’s more useful than a blank

So, Black Widow died in comics a year or two ago and was alive again by the end of the very same mini-series. The Red Room clones Black Widows.

We’re almost certainly getting more of the Black Widow in the MCU.

Counter-argument: There’s no way Maz wasn’t going to be in Episode IX, because toys. So all of the “drama” here is to fill a book, not to answer anyone’s question when they see her in the film, since everyone will see her, nod, and say “yeah, that checks out.”

For other, truly important story beats, I agree. But this

If there’s comic book art more joyful than Mike Allred’s, I’d like to know what it is.

No, minifigs are 100% descended from Lego dinosaurs.

In the US “University” and “College” mean the same thing, except University just sounds more pretentious (and obnoxious).

Did you miss the giant prose pages that end each issue of Watchmen? Even the original run of the comics isn’t entirely told in comic book form.

I know it’s super-popular for tech sites to crap on iTunes, but if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars or more on iTunes content, it’s not like you’re going to just walk away from all of that content. And if you listen to music on a computer, there’s a lot of hoops for a layperson to switch to something else.

Also, iTunes

I am not a single parent, but for the weeks-long periods I fake being one when my wife is away for work, it’s always hard, even though my kids are, objectively speaking, fantastic kids.

Single parents don’t get anywhere near the respect and admiration they deserve. My hat is off to all of you.

A Giffen-written and drawn book is always cause for celebration.

Didn’t he have the Inferior 5 show up in Ambush Bug? In fact, didn’t Ambush Bug marry Dumb Bunny?

I’m sorry, but you needed to phrase that in the form of a question.

As a grown-ass man who has to pick up his kid from daycare, where everyone else is driving the most dull vehicles known to humanity, I’m not especially keen to roll up sporting the latest in boy racer style.
