Found out I was going to be an uncle by email. Bro-in-law sends me an email asking what I think of such and such for names for a boy or a girl.... I printed the email, put a huge circle around both names and wrote BOTH YOU'RE HAVING TWINS on it and faxed it to his office. :p

I didn't learn until I was about 11. My dad's trick was to roll me down a hill on an adult sized bike I was too short to pedal, the hill led into our backyard full of sharp thistle plants and poop from our dog and many many many farm cats. Many...cats. Lots.

Maybe grow out of was a poor choice of words, but perhaps, moved on. I too find it sad he isn't the same makeup and dresses Eddie, but perhaps that era of his personality has had it's time in the sun and now it's time for a more evolved Eddie to have come from that.
