He was a robot. We saw him getting worked on in the lab earlier in the episode.

It wasn't even close to that large which makes it even funnier. I looked up some live videos from 93 to verify that anecdote and Abbruzzese still only had like 4 drums (which is the correct amount) and then a handful of useless splash, crash, and china cymbals. It was much more Stewart Copeland than Neil Peart.
I think Abbruzzese was an easy target of Vedder's ire at the height of his "Rock stars are bullshit! I wanna be Fugazi!" period. Supposedly there was an ongoing conflict on the VS tour because Abbruzzese kept trying to add more cymbals to his drum set and Vedder would lose his shit because seven was already too many…
My guess is Cameron Crowe is going to do the induction. He has the Jan Wenner connection and he already directed that documentary.
You remember the red and blue pills in the Matrix? You take the blue and stay in the illusion or you take the red and get pulled out of the Matrix. The pills are the same except in this metaphor the Matrix is the idea that women aren't just the fucking worst.
I certainly did not. I'm a random interloper. The person you replied to has a different name.
And Snoop was convicted of cocaine possession and distro. What's your point?
They didn't want to drag it out of that crevasse. The robots are heavy.
Yeah that's a victory in my book.
I'm filling mine out tomorrow and then I'm gonna go in my back ally and break some lightbulbs with a hunk of wood.
Let's just given them Kansas and be done with it. We're not really it anyway. All of the good KC barbecue is on the Missouri side.
That scene with him and the super old robot was a great quiet bit of character building/exposition.
Pun of the week right here.
"but what should he have done? "
It infected a bunch of coworkers with HIV. I feel like it's a reasonable pairing.
I've always assumed Burnett and Morgan have spit roasted a pig skull together.
That was a particularly great little detail.
I think it was the cut of that suit jacket. It fit in the chest and shoulders but those sleeves looked pretty big.
I've definitely noticed an increase in shouting instead of punchlines, and, "Am I right, ladies?" style jokes recently. A lot of recent guests seem really focused on eliciting clapter over laughter.
I'll support this claim. I mostly only ever find myself listening to Kerplunk and Dookie anymore, but Warning had some great songs and all of the Kinks thievery worked pretty well.
