The Fed is not saving Silicon Valley Bank. SVB failed, and is doing whatever failed businesses do to save itself. The Fed has created a new bank, which they will fund so that SVB’s depositors, who had nothing to do with the bank’s failure, can get their deposits out.

SVB isn’t getting bailed out, only the customers are getting bailed out. Anyone who owns shares in the bank will lose everything they had in it.

I will agree that their inkjet printers are crap. But their laser printers are pretty good in my opinion.

HP printers are shit anyway. Every one I owned in my life died within a few years. I have a 10 year old Epson that is still going strong.

Came here to say the same thing. I don’t know where Elizabeth gets these stories she barfs-up verbatim, but a little bit of fact checking/verification is certainly in order/badly needed.
