It’s never a bad time to adopt a healthier diet though, even if it won’t directly impact how you deal with COVID.

Vitamin D supplementation only really helps if you are deficient and there are a lot of people who aren’t actually deficient when they get tested. I’d say the vitamin D thing is more of a correlation vs causation as people who are generally low on vitamin D are also people who tend to have many of the high risk…
Airplanes also have fantastic air filtration so it’s not like you’re stuck in a bus with the windows up
The true pandemic, they say, is America’s longstanding preponderance of diet-related disease, such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and obesity.
lol that special is shocking listening to it in 2020
They seem to have fixed some iMessage bugs I was having too. I wasn’t getting notifications if I didn’t back out of a conversation and now when I reply from a notification the keyboard doesn’t lag really bad. 14.2 was an absolute disaster and it feels like I have a new phone now with 14.3.
Lucky for you, the people who are saying this is a safe and effective vaccine are those who put faith into science and have done the adequate studies to show it is safe and effective.
This, like every other vaccine, is more referring to people who are highly allergic. The two people that had reactions have the types of allergies where they have to carry an epipen around. You should know if you have the type of allergies that could pose a problem.
If you make your browser window really narrow it works but it’s still annoying.
I’d change it around a bit but that sounds fantastic and I think I’ll be giving it a shot after my next chili variation (nothing too crazy, just a coffee chili powder I haven’t tried before).
Jesus, take a break from politics for a little bit.
If there is a thing like that you can count on there being lots of fake ones made for all the crazies out there
So make masks mandatory in the few places he has authority, vaccinate people, and something with schools. I mean, it’s certainly better than the clown we have “running” things right now but no one is going to start wearing a mask now that Biden says to and vaccinations are the key either way.
I love everything about it. Been doing it for years and made some serious upgrades to my setup now since I actually had a reason to sell a bunch of gear I hadn’t been using before.
Apparently I was in the top 0.01% of listeners for one artist. I guess I like them more than most lol
Bruh, five year olds ask some DEEP questions at times
The only massive asterisk I’d include is don’t start too strong. Last time I got back into running I felt like I could run a couple miles every day after the first few days of feeling like death. Then my knee started bothering me and I could hardly run at all and I attribute it to my cardio abilities being able to…
RIP The Office
Just because some people do well with a humanities degree doesn’t mean there aren’t much better alternatives when it comes to getting a return on your investment (that’s what college is if you want to believe it or not). We aren’t in a situation of massive college debt because we have too many humanities majors…
Pretty sure Japan is a little more dense than the US but you are right, they are more willing to listen to directions.
